Return Policy

At Sable Noir Toronto, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may need to be returned. This document outlines our return policy clearly.

Conditions for Returns

  • A product can only be registered for return after it has been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return some of them is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Submit your return request via Info@sablenoirtoronto.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received at the designated address and its condition is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
